Most of the results of Museum research have been published under different titles through the years. The Museum was instrumental in the establishment of the Northern Rhodesia Society, which published the Northern Rhodesia Journal. The Occasional Papers and Monographs as well as the Zambia Museums Journal have also been a source of important published materials.
